Finding Peace is a 4-hour experiential workshop that offers a compassionate space to explore how unresolved attachment wounds and toxic shame shape many of our struggles — anxiety, addiction, relationship conflict, emotional disconnection, and patterns of self-sabotage.
ABOUT WORKSHOP-
Drawing from the Finding Peace model and the Six Attachment Wounds — Loss, Neglect, Rejection, Abandonment, Betrayal, and Abuse — this workshop provides a clear, trauma-informed framework for healing.
Rather than focusing on theory, participants are invited into practical, embodied practices that can be used immediately — both personally and in relationship with others.
-
Through teaching, guided reflection, and small-group exercises, participants will explore how to:
Recognize how attachment wounds influence thoughts, emotions, and behavior
Identify shame-based core messages and begin to replace them with grounded, compassionate truth
Use simple, repeatable practices to calm the nervous system and support emotional safety
Cultivate healthier boundaries, self-compassion, and more secure connection
Engage the Finding Peace framework as an ongoing process — not a one-time experience
-
This workshop is especially supportive for those on a recovery or personal growth path, and also helping professionals, community leaders, and who are seeking a structured yet gentle way to move from shame and inner chaos toward greater clarity, connection, and peace.
Participants will leave with:
A shared, human language for understanding wounds, shame, and healing
Practical tools that can be woven into everyday life, groups, and sessions
A renewed sense of trust that healing unfolds one compassionate step at a time
