Draw the Line, Find Your Freedom

This two-day virtual workshop offers a mix of teaching, reflection, and real-time practice to help you build healthy personal boundaries and reclaim your sense of peace and self-trust.

The workshop is intentionally limited to 20 participants to allow for personal reflection, meaningful interaction, and direct guidance from Barb throughout the weekend.

Presenter

Portrait of a middle-aged woman with short gray hair, wearing glasses, a black top, and jewelry, resting her chin on her hand, sitting at a wooden table against a dark textured background.

Barb is a boundaries coach who helps professional women stop saying yes when they mean no and reclaim their focus, peace, and self-trust. Drawing on decades of personal growth and 12-step recovery, she teaches how to turn codependence and self-neglect into healthy, compassionate boundaries that support lasting freedom and integrity.

About the Workshop

Draw the Line, Find Your Freedom

is a powerful two-day virtual workshop designed to help you build healthy personal boundaries and reclaim your sense of peace, energy, and self-trust. Through a mix of teaching, reflection, and real-time practice, you’ll learn how to stop collapsing into people-pleasing or posturing in defensiveness and instead embody composure — the balanced middle ground where boundaries feel both sturdy and kind.

This immersive experience introduces Barb’s signature Collapse–Composure–Posturing continuum, a practical model for recognizing boundary patterns and returning to composure more quickly and consistently. You’ll walk away with language, tools, and a framework you can immediately apply to your daily life and relationships.

You’ll leave feeling more equipped to set boundaries with clarity and care.

What You’ll Learn

By the end of this two-day workshop, you will be able to:

  • Understand what boundaries really are, and why they’re essential for emotional safety and freedom

  • Identify where you typically fall on the Collapse–Composure–Posturing continuum

  • Recognize the mindset and emotional patterns that make boundaries difficult to set or maintain

  • Learn specific communication tools for setting boundaries clearly, kindly, and confidently

  • Practice responding to guilt, pushback, and discomfort with composure rather than collapse or posturing

  • Develop a personalized boundary plan to support ongoing growth, self-respect, and calm confidence
