About the Workshop

An integration of IFS and reparenting principles that opens a clear pathway toward emotional sobriety —

freedom from old roles, deeper self-acceptance, and the capacity to live from inner balance rather than survival strategies.

In this four-hour online sessionLou will guide us in exploring how Internal Family Systems (IFS) practices can enrich the Reparenting process. We’ll look at how protector parts—like the Inner Critic and the Inner Teenager—adapted to early family dysfunction in ways that can later fuel addiction, control, and codependency.

Through guided practice and reflection, we’ll learn to unblend from these parts and strengthen connection with the Inner Loving Parent—the compassionate, grounded Self who offers the care we’ve always needed.
